Profile badges are utilized to highlight your professional skills and experience, enhancing your visibility to potential Clients.

The option for direct negotiation between Clients and Pros ensures a speedy process and full control over our engagements. Our evaluation system is crafted to encourage feedback, prompt issue reporting, and facilitate the expression of satisfaction, all of which contribute to receiving more Offers and fostering community trust.

What does a Pro mean?

A Pro refers to a professional individual, like you - a skilled cleaner, or caregiver, who offers their expertise and services to households and individuals. They are experienced and reliable professionals who assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of a household or individual's daily life.

Why Should I Become a Pro on Yazta?

On Yazta, you have the freedom to choose your working hours, select the specific skills you want to showcase, and set your preferred rates. Direct negotiation with Clients puts you in the driver's seat. By registering as a Pro on the Yazta platform, you open the door to a wealth of job opportunities, with the flexibility to manage your independent business.

How do I Become a Pro?

To become a Pro, just follow these simple steps:

  • Download the dedicated Yazta Pro Application for the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store. (Remember, this app is distinct from the YaztaMX app used by Clients to book Services.)
  • Once installed, open the YaztaPro app and create your account directly within the app or log in if you already have an account.
  • Follow the instructions to define your skills, set your location, and complete the necessary verification process with the app's guidance.
  • If you are under the age of majority, you may not use the YaztaPro Application.
What are Yazta Badges?

Trust is essential for receiving Offers and securing employment. With Yazta, each validation of your Profile, every successfully completed job, and every positive Client review results in the awarding of badges that showcase your achievements to all Clients. More badges mean greater credibility, increased Client confidence, and better job opportunities. Please read the description of each badge carefully and understand what you need to do in order to receive it.

How do I Become a Pro?

Trust is essential for receiving Offers and securing employment. With Yazta, each validation of your Profile, every successfully completed job, and every positive Client review results in the awarding of badges that showcase your achievements to all Clients. More badges mean greater credibility, increased Client confidence, and better job opportunities. Please read the description of each badge carefully and understand what you need to do in order to receive it.

Verified: Only Pros with Verified Profiles can receive offers and earn badges. Getting Verified is simple: just upload a picture of your official ID, proof of address, and your RFC or CURP. The Yazta team will do the rest. Once the background check is done, the Verified badge will show up on your Profile, and you can begin receiving Offers from Clients.

Recommended: To receive a “Recommended Pro” badge for your Profile, you first need to be Verified. There are two options to gain a Recommended badge: either upload a letter of recommendation from your previous employers or provide your employment history using our user-friendly format. A letter of recommendation is a crucial document for building trust with Clients, as it's something they often look for when selecting a Pro. Expert Pro: To receive an “Expert Pro” badge for your Profile, you must first be Verified and earn the Recommended badge. The Expert badge signifies extensive experience, high-quality work, and strong Client satisfaction. You'll earn this badge by achieving any of the following:

  • Receiving a minimum of 3 positive Client reviews.
  • Completing at least 10 services through Yazta.
  • Working as a live-in pro for a minimum of three months.

Super Pro: Receiving a “Super Pro” badge means you're at the top among all Pros. Super Pros not only get the most Offers but can also negotiate higher service rates. To achieve Super Pro status, you need to earn all other badges first and maintain an average rating above 4.5.

Certified Nurses: If you hold accreditation from a specialized institution, we strongly advise you to upload your certificate to your Profile. This will elevate your position in the nursing and patient care realm, enhancing your professional standing. Do I work for Yazta?

Pros are not employees of Yazta. As independent contractors, you have the freedom to set your own hourly rates, define your schedules, and choose your work locations. Yazta does not hold any contractual obligation toward any Pro or Client. Our digital platform is designed to expand your work opportunities by directly connecting you with potential Clients.

What is a Star rating?

The star rating system is a quick way for Clients to express their satisfaction with your service. It's based on a scale of one to five stars, with five being the highest. This system helps potential Clients gauge the quality of your work and can influence their decision to choose you for their household needs. Maintaining a high star rating can boost your visibility and attract more Clients to your Profile. You can also evaluate your Clients. How do I get started with Yazta?

To begin your journey with Yazta, simply download YaztaPro application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and follow the instructions. Discover more work opportunities based on your availability in a secure and convenient way. Enhance your profile with badges to highlight your professional skills and experience, enhancing your visibility to potential Clients. How do I get paid by Clients?

The Yazta application does not serve as a platform for managing payments between users resulting from agreed-upon services. Yazta will not be responsible for collecting payments for services rendered, nor will it facilitate any form of monetary transactions.

It is the Client responsibility to pay the agreed-upon amount directly to the Pro/ you after the service has been finished. Payment can be made in cash or electronically, as per your agreement with the Client.

Yazta currently doesn't charge any commission or fee neither to you nor to the Client for accepting or completing a Service. You'll receive the full amount directly from the Client as stated in the accepted Offer.

What is Yazta in-app Chat?

Yazta's in-app Chat is a secure and efficient messaging feature designed for seamless communication between Clients and Pros. It serves as the sole communication tool within the platform, ensuring all conversations and exchanges remain centralized, documented and easily accessible. With Yazta's in-app Chat, users can conveniently discuss service details, negotiate terms, and stay updated, all within the safe confines of the platform.

Yazta's in-app Chat is only a tool that helps negotiate your conditions directly. It does not serve as a replacement for a formal offer or reservation, which should be obtained from clients via the Yazta Pro app. After uploading the YaztaPro app, it's crucial to regularly check for notifications, Offers or Jobs. This ensures you don't miss out on potential work opportunities.

How Much can I earn on YaztaPro platform?

Unlike other platforms, YaztaPro gives you the unique opportunity to directly negotiate all services terms with potential Clients based on the Offers you receive. To facilitate this, use the Yazta in-app Chat, which connects you directly with the Client who has made you an Offer.

The cost of your service may vary depending on the task duration and the hourly rate you set. Yazta will not intervene in any way during your negotiations with Clients. You have the freedom to set your own hourly or weekly rates, accept or reject Client Offers, and make counterproposals using the Yazta in-app Chat. The cost you negotiate on the Yazta app with your Client is the amount you'll receive.

We recommend documenting all aspects of your agreement with your Clients through an Offer made by a Client via the Yazta app. Yazta's in-app Chat is only a tool that helps negotiate your conditions directly and is NOT a substitute of a formal Offer. Always ask Clients to send you an Offer via the Yazta app. Once Offer is accepted by you, it will turn into a formal Job and will be visible in your Account. 

Keep in mind that changes and negotiations made outside the Yazta app are not regulated by Yazta T&C, pose a high risk of fraud, and won't be covered by Yazta support services.

Currently, Yazta does not charge any commission or fees, either to you or to the Client, for accepting or completing a service. You will receive the full amount directly from the Client as stated in the accepted Offer.

How do I contact the Client?

You can only communicate with Clients who have made you an Offer. Please utilize the Yazta in-app Chat for discussing any matters related to the service requested by your Client.

Why should I provide an Evaluation to a Client?

At Yazta, we prioritize fostering fair and transparent relationships between Clients and Pros. We provide equal opportunities for both parties to offer feedback about their respective experiences. This means that just as Clients can evaluate and recommend Pros, Pros can also provide feedback about their experience with Clients.

Yazta's evaluation system empowers users to provide feedback, report issues, and express satisfaction, thereby shaping the future of the service community. This feedback is instrumental in fostering trust within our platform and motivating Pros to maintain top-notch service quality. You will be prompted to provide an evaluation after every service for your Client. Please take a moment to do so; it takes less than a minute.

How Do I Leave an Evaluation for My Client?

Once a service is completed, you can leave a rating to assess your Experience via the YaztaPro app. You will receive a prompt on the YaztaPro app home screen. When providing a review, you can rate your experience with your Client on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Ratings of 1-2 stars will be considered as “negative,” while 3-5 stars will be seen as “positive.”

When providing feedback, please consider the following:

  • Did the Client adhere to the agreed terms and description in the Offer?
  • Were you paid promptly and without delay?
  • Did the Client provide sufficient guidance for you to perform the service optimally?
  • Did the Client treat you fairly throughout the process?
  • Overall, was your experience positive?
  • Please refrain from making personal comments about your Client. Maintain a polite and fair tone.

Your feedback contributes to the Clients' improvement in offerings.

How much it will cost me to use YaztaPro app?

Currently Yazta does not charge users a commission for using the app  YaztaPro.

Jobs

What is a Job?

A Job is an agreed-upon Offer between a Client and a Pro, outlining the key details of the service arrangement. It provides a summary that includes the type of arrangement, specific service requested, service frequency, start date and time, service duration, and the agreed-upon hourly or weekly rate. This comprehensive summary serves as a reference point for both parties, ensuring a clear understanding of the scope of the service and representing the commitment of the Pro to provide the agreed-upon service.

We recommend documenting all aspects of your agreement with your Clients via an Offer/ Job made by a Client via the Yazta app. Yazta's in-app Chat is only a tool that helps negotiate your conditions directly and is NOT a substitute for a formal Offer or a Job. To secure your services, please always ask Clients to send you an Offer via the Yazta app. Once Offer is accepted by you, it will turn into a formal Job and will be visible in your Account.

What Supplies Will My Client Have?

Generally, the Client is responsible for providing all the necessary basic tools and supplies so that you can perform the service effectively. If you require any specific items for your service, make sure to communicate this directly with your Client prior to your service using our Yazta in-app Chat.

Can I cancel My Job?

If you find yourself unable to fulfill an accepted Offer, it's crucial to inform the Client promptly using the Yazta in-app Chat. Discuss with the Client whether modifying the Service details or rescheduling for a different date and time would be more suitable.

We recommend considering the option to cancel a Job as a last resort. It's always preferable for both parties to engage in a discussion and attempt to come to an agreement, which can then be formalized in a new Offer sent by the Client.

If canceling the Job becomes unavoidable, use the "Cancel Job" button at any time. However, it's essential to provide valid reasons for the cancellation and immediately notify the Client via the Yazta in-app Chat.

How Do I Cancel My Job?

Navigate to "Jobs" and choose "Upcoming Jobs" from the upper tab. Locate the Job you wish to cancel, provide a reason for the cancellation, and select "Cancel Job." You will receive confirmation via a pop-up window indicating that your Job has been canceled.

My Client Is Late, What Should I Do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by your Client's delayed arrival. If your Client has not communicated or provided a new estimated arrival time, please reach out to them through the Yazta in-app Chat thread for an update. It's important to keep all communication in writing to document everything related to your Service.

It's crucial to regularly check for notifications, Offers or Jobs. This ensures you don't miss out on potential work opportunities or messages send by Clients.

How Do I Skip an Appointment of a Recurring Job?

To skip an appointment within a Recurring Job just discuss it with your Client using the Yazta in-app Chat. It's crucial to regularly check for notifications, Offers or Jobs. This ensures you don't miss out on potential work opportunities or messages send by Clients.

My Service Needs to Be Cancelled but Some Work Has Been Completed, What Should I Do?

If some work has been completed, it's essential for you and your Client to agree on the proportion of the service that has been fulfilled and the corresponding payment for the work done.

What is Security code used for?

To enhance the security of our services, we have implemented a new security feature in our app. This feature involves a unique security code that is generated to verify that the individual at Client doorstep is the designated Pro they have booked for their service. This code is sent to you and Client via Yazta app. You will be asked by your Client to share this code with them to ensure that both codes match. Our app will guide you through the process and prompt you to verify this step at the beginning of your service.

It's crucial to regularly check for notifications, Offers or Jobs. This ensures you don't miss out on potential work opportunities or messages send by Clients.

How do I report issues with a Client?

To report a Client, navigate to the Clients's Profile and scroll down until you find the "Report this Profile" link. Upon clicking the link, please select an appropriate reason, leave any necessary comments, and then proceed to click the "Report Profile" button. Following this, you will receive confirmation through a pop-up window indicating that your report has been successfully submitted. Rest assured that your report will undergo a comprehensive review by our team, and suitable action will be taken promptly based on our findings.

How do I report Security Issue?

Your safety first! Please remember that in case of an emergency or if you are in a situation of imminent danger, you should contact local authorities or emergency services.

Whenever you have doubts about your safety, we advise you to contact our support team by pressing the Help or Support button on your Profile.

What info I will be asked to provide in my YaztaPro Profile?

Creating your Profile is a breeze. You'll simply need to provide the following details:

  • Your residential address
  • Your preferred work arrangement: Live-in, Per hour, or Either
  • Your service preferences: Cleaning, Babysitting, Cooking, or Full service
  • Your preferred service hours: AM, PM, or Anytime
  • Your desired hourly or weekly rate
  • Number of years of experience in your field
  • A photo of yourself

What info Clients can see from my Profile?

At Yazta, we prioritize your privacy and security. Rest assured we do not share any sensitive information publically in your Profile or with Clients.

What is Profile’s Verification and what Documents are needed?

Establishing the authenticity of your identity not only fosters trust and guarantees a secure and reliable experience for both you and your Clients but also allows your Profile to be discoverable by potential Clients on the Yazta platform. This crucial step enhances the overall robustness and credibility of the platform, ensuring a strong foundation for your professional endeavors.

The following documents/ information will be required from you for your Profile verification:

  • Take a selfie/your foto
  • Your service preferences
  • Valid Identification (ID or passport)
  • Provide your residential address
  • Optional: Proof of address e.g. utility bill
  • Provide RFC or CURP

The Yazta team will do the rest. Once the background check is done, a Verified badge will show up on your Profile, and you can begin receiving Offers from Clients. Check the "What are Yazta Badges?" section for more details on Badges.

Your profile will not be visible to clients on the Yazta app without successfully completing Profile Verification.

What's a Recurring Service?

Yazta recurring service lets Clients to pick a Pro for regular appointments that can happen:  every week, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks.

With Recurring Services, the appointments will be automatically scheduled, so Clients just need to chat with you to confirm other important details about the service. Keep in mind that these appointments will be set in advance until a Client decide to cancel the service.

What does Live-in vs. Per hour arrangement mean?

Live-in arrangements in the context of domestic services typically involve the hired Pro residing within the employer's home, providing assistance and support with various household tasks. This often includes responsibilities such as housekeeping, caregiving, and other related duties. On the other hand, a per-hour arrangement entails the domestic worker visiting the employer's home for a specified duration, during which they offer their services on an hourly basis. This arrangement is suitable for tasks that do not require continuous assistance and allows for more flexibility in scheduling and service duration based on the employer's needs.

What is a Letter of Recommendation?

Recommendation by Employer is a positive endorsement or testimonial provided by a former employer about the Pro’s skills, work ethics, and overall performance. It serves as a valuable reference to assess the Pro’s qualifications and suitability for a new service assignment. We highly recommend including such recommendations in your Profile, as they distinguish you from other Pros and increase your chances of receiving more Offers.

After obtaining your letter of recommendation, upload it to your YaztaPro profile by clicking on "Profile," then "Letter of Recommendation," and follow the instructions provided within our app.

How do I include History of Employment in my Profile?

When detailing your work history of your past positions, describe name of the employer, each role, emphasizing specific duties. To include this information within your Profile, Open YaztaPro App, Click on “Profile”, then “History of employment” and follow the instructions provided within our app.

What is Nurse certificate and how to include it in my Profile?

A Nurce certificate is valuable if you want to work as a nanny or with elderly people. If you have medical qualifications or nursing experience, please upload the certificate in your profile. Open the YaztaPro App, click on “Profile”, then “Nurse Certificate”, and follow the instructions in the app. Once validated by Yazta, it will appear in your Profile.

Where can I find my Evaluations?

To access your evaluations, simply go to your “Profile” in the YaztaPro App and tap on "View Evaluations", placed right under the star rating.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, click "Forgot password" on the YaztaPro Login screen, and follow the instructions.

How Do I Change my Password?

If you want to change your password, go to your Profile, select "Login and Security" and follow the instructions provided.

How do I Delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, go to your Profile, select "Login and Security," and then click on “Delete account”. For more information about how your personal data is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How do I Change the Phone Number on My Account?

To update the phone number linked to your account, access your Profile, choose "Personal Information", click on "Edit" next to your current phone number, and follow the provided instructions.
