Yazta platform Community Guide
Our guidelines were created to help ensure that every experience is safe, respectful, and positive. They apply to all users on our platform, including both customers and service providers. They also encompass your interactions with our Yazta team, whether online or over the phone.
Your contribution to creating a pleasant and safe environment is highly important. In these guidelines, you will find tips for having positive interactions in the community, as well as information about behaviours that could result in the loss of access to our applications.
While unforeseen circumstances can always arise, these guidelines reflect the behaviour we expect from everyone in the Yazta community.

Guidelines for Everyone
All users of Yazta platform must adhere to the Community Guide, which include the following points:
1. Treat everyone with respect
Our community is highly diverse, and at Yazta, we value inclusion. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a respectful and friendly environment for everyone. The guidelines mentioned below aim to encourage positive and constructive interactions among all members:
- Treat all individuals in the Yazta community with the same respect you would like to receive.
- Punctuality is key when providing services. Respecting others' time demonstrates consideration and professionalism.
- Aggression, the use of rude language, or any form of intimidation is not tolerated in our community.
- Discrimination of any kind has no place in Yazta. We appreciate diversity and expect everyone in our community to treat each other with equality and understanding, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Lastly, let's remember that respecting the privacy and integrity of each individual is crucial. Inappropriate conduct and any form of sexual aggression are strictly prohibited.
2. Help others stay safe
We strive every day to create a safer experience for everyone. Your safety is our priority. Please note that your behaviour can significantly influence the safety and comfort of others. Courtesy plays a fundamental role. Therefore, we expect you to use your best judgment and behave respectfully towards others while using our applications.
3. Respect the law
We are committed to complying with all current laws and earning your trust. We expect all users of Yazta platform to also adhere to the relevant laws and regulations.
It is important to remember that there are rules based on current laws and regulations that everyone must follow. For example, using Yazta platform applications to commit any type of crime or violate the law in any way is strictly prohibited.
When using Yazta platform applications, all users are responsible for knowing and obeying the current laws.
4. Your feedback is important
If you have any experiences you would like to share with us, whether positive or negative, you can easily inform us from the Yazta platform application. We value your feedback and use it to improve our standards and policies, thus maintaining appropriate standards as we advance technologically.
Please remember that in case of an emergency or if you are in a situation of imminent danger, you should contact local authorities or emergency services.
5. Ratings
Domestic workers and clients can rate and receive ratings, as well as feedback on the service. This system enhances accountability and creates an atmosphere of respect, safety, and transparency for everyone. You can view your current rating in the YaztaPro and YaztaMX applications. To see a user's rating, simply tap their profile in the application.
To maintain a high rating, we recommend being courteous and respectful to others. Users who do not meet a minimum rating will be notified and provided guidance on how to improve.
6. How Yazta enforces the guidelines
We believe it is important to have clear standards that explain under what circumstances you will lose access to the Yazta platform applications.
If you violate any of the terms of the agreement with Yazta, or any corresponding terms or policies, including any of this Community Guide or any additional policy and rule that Yazta communicates to you, you may lose full or partial access to the Yazta platform applications.
If you believe you have lost access to your account in error, please contact the Yazta support team.
If we become aware of potentially problematic behavior, we may reach out to you to discuss it. At our sole discretion, we may suspend or deactivate your account until our review is complete.
