DATA DELETION
We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your information, you can do so by logging into your Yazta account, selecting 'Profile,' navigating to 'Login and Security,' and choosing the 'Delete Account' option." We will promptly respond to your request and ensure that your data is permanently removed from our systems.
Please note that if you request the deletion of your personal data or if your account is suspended, deleted, or voluntarily closed:
- We may retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal obligations. For example, YaztaMX or YaztaPro may retain your information to comply with tax, legal, and audit obligations.
- The information you shared with others (e.g., reviews, forum posts) may still be publicly visible on YaztaMX or YaztaPro even after you cancel your account on YaztaMX or YaztaPro.
- Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your information may not be deleted from our backup systems for a certain period of time.
- A specific action that may lead to the deletion of personal data is the termination of the user’s account. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your account data, including your profile information, preferences, and any associated content. This action cannot be undone, and you will not be able to recover your data once the account is deleted.
